Synopsis:
Fraud is a tense and seductive thriller about love and loyalty in the world of high finance. The protagonist of the film is Robert Miller (Richard Gere), a tycoon who on the eve of his 60th birthday seems the perfect portrait of American success in their professional and family life, always accompanied by his loyal wife Ellen (Susan Sarandon) and Brooke (Brit Marling), daughter and heir to his empire. But behind the gilded walls of his mansion, Miller is with the water neck, desperate to complete the sale of his empire to a major bank before being exposed to have committed fraud. It also maintains an affair with a French art dealer (Laetitia Casta) behind his wife and daughter. Just as he is about to shed its troubled empire, an unexpected bloody mistake forces you to reconnect with a ghost from her past and confront the limits of their double standards.

Sinopsis:
El Fraude es un tenso y seductor thriller sobre el amor y la lealtad en el mundo de las altas finanzas. El protagonista del film es Robert Miller (Richard Gere), un magnate que en la víspera de su 60 cumpleaños parece el perfecto retrato del éxito americano en su vida profesional y familiar, siempre acompañado por su fiel mujer Ellen (Susan Sarandon) y Brooke (Brit Marling), su hija y heredera de su imperio. Pero tras los dorados muros de su mansión, Miller está con el agua al cuello, desesperado por completar la venta de su imperio a un gran banco antes de que quede expuesto un fraude que ha cometido. Además, mantiene un romance con una marchante de arte francesa (Laetitia Casta) a espaldas de su mujer y su hija. Justo cuando se dispone a deshacerse de su problemático imperio, un sangriento e inesperado error le obliga a reencontrarse con un fantasma de su pasado y a enfrentarse a los límites de su doble moral.
